Unless explicitly stated, any new and current features including new content, and/or the release of new interactive tools or downloadable resources shall be subject to these terms and conditions.

Unless otherwise specified, the materials published on our website are presented solely for your private, personal and non-commercial use. In all other cases, permission must be sought from the Foundation to use the materials. You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of our website and the use of all information contained within it.

The information is provided by Flinders Foundation and whilst we endeavour to keep the information up-to-date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.

In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website. All participants and attendees at Flinders Foundation events are responsible for their own personal belongings. 

Flinders Foundation will not be liable for each individual member’s conduct whilst fundraising in the community. All individuals hosting an event on behalf of the Flinders Foundation are responsible for obtaining their own public liability insurance. The Flinders Foundation will not be responsible for claims made in relation to an event held on our behalf.

Ticket sales are inclusive of postage costs. Tickets will be posted via standard delivery through Australia Post to your nominate mailing address. Tickets will be processed and sent by the Flinders Foundation within 5 working days of payment.

Merchandise sales will include a delivery charge as indicated on the order form through this website. Delivery options will be given on the order form and applicable charges will apply. Merchandise sales will be processed and sent by the FMC Foundation where applicable within 5 working days.

The Flinders Foundation takes no responsibility for ticket or merchandise deliveries once they are lodged with Australia Post. See Australia Post terms & conditions for further information. Please contact the Flinders Foundation immediately if your item does not arrive within two weeks of purchase.

Through this website you are able to link to other websites which are not under the control of Flinders Foundation. We have no control over the nature, content and availability of those sites. The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within them.
