Footing it for Flinders

A celebration of life, courage and the strength of the human spirit.

Join Flinders Cancer researcher Vicki Edwards and a group of like-minded individuals and take part in a 6 day adventure trekking in Tasmania to raise funds for research into women's cancers.

Started in 2009 by ovarian cancer survivor Felishia Abbott, Footing it for Flinders has so far raised more than $300,000 for cancer research and the Flinders Centre for Innovation in Cancer.

Fast Facts:

Date: 12-17 November 2012

Fundraising Target: $3,000 per person or $4,500 per team of two.

Challenge: 42km hiking over 4 days through beautiful Tasmanian countryside with Groovy Grape Getaways.

Registration and trip cost: $1300. Trip costs are all inclusive.
